"My daughter asked for this watch for her birthday. She sent me the link of the one she wanted. There is a glitch on the mobile version. Hard to explain without showing you from my phone. But, the picture is the gold / champaign. but the words below say gold/azul. So I ordered based on the words but she thought she was getting the gold / champaign. So now I am returning (can't just exchange?) and going to be charged $10. Plus I paid an extra $10 for 2 day shipping and it took 3 day shipping. So it got here the day after her birthday. I'm sure the watch would have been fine. But the ordering/ exchange policy / glitch / shipping all have been 1 star experience so I honestly don't know if we will plan on reordering"

"The watch was even lovelier than it looked online and feels very high quality. It arrived exactly on time and I had no problems whatsoever with this order. Be aware that it will need to be adjusted to wrist size! Have a jeweler nearby or order a little adjusting diy kit in hand with the watch."
