They stole my money and my watch.

"I ordered this PULSE model and the numbers are WAY too small to read making the watch functionally useless. I expected more for such a pricey time piece. I returned it and said Bred said it was "damaged" when all I had done was resize the writsband, which not perfect but definitely an easy adjustment, NOBODY has a wrist that large. I could easily fix it myself if they'd send the watch back. So I asked for a partial refund since I wanted to try a different watch from their catalogue. Crickets. I wrote to customer service and got back NOTHING. It's been 2 weeks. They NEVER returned the watch to me nor even mentioned that they might. These guys kept my money AND this useless watch. They are thieves."

"Would def recommend this watch. A lot of people say the time is hard to read. I don’t really think so, you just have to tilt the watch face a little, it’s not that bad. The watch is heavy, Sturdy, looks and feel solid. The gold looks good in person too and doesn’t feel cheap or seem to scratch easy. Solid watch."

"I love the look and feel of my Pulse! It gives me a vintage art deco vibe but feels modern with the simple time display. In a time when multi-functional rules the day, it’s nice to have a watch that tells you just the time. I’m hoping I stay more present by not having to engage my phone for checking the time. I do wish the number field was a bit larger or that the numbers were just easier to see overall. When they are in transition the viewing field is partially obstructed and you’re only seeing half of two numbers on the hour hand by the 30 minute mark and 60/40 for probably 10 minutes of the time on either side of the 30 minute mark."
