BREDA Studio was filled love during a unique project assembled by Dallas couple Temi Coker and Afritina Marie. The 'Beautiful Strokes' exhibition was a collaboration by the two artists. Temi is a photographer and included his portrait work while Afritina used paint techniques, that combined, created beautiful multimedia imagery.
The studio was filled with smiles and a lively energy as guests viewed the works. A call to attention was made as Anjola Coker captivated the crowd with her spoken word poetry and opened up the floor for Temi and Afritina to thank everyone for their support. After handing out thank you’s, Temi got down on one knee and proposed to Afritina. She said yes and the couple celebrated with friends, family and supporters.
At BREDA Studio our vision is to bring creatives together and to inspire. This exhibition did just that and we are proud to be marked with such a special moment.
