"I purchased the watch in early December for a Christmas gift. I purchased early to ensure it would arrive on time. The recipient received it in late December, to find it didn’t fit her or suit her. However, the return period of an extremely brief 14 days had already expired, so even though the watch was brand new, I was unable to return or exchange it for a style that would fit her better. Now I have to throw this brand new watch away. It’s a horrible restrictive policy that makes it impossible to purchase a gift."
